Blended learning is the keystone of success when it comes to eLearning or what some refer to as Distance Learning. We combine our field-tested core curriculum with live monthly coaching.
This coaching is direct and customized to the learner. Some sessions are Mastermind in presentation, meaning that there is interactivity with other learners and friendly competition to spur the results. Other sessions are single and focused on the individual.
Our coaching program also issues homework. This homework is developed to instill a sense of ownership in the numbers and a working knowledge of what affects the numbers.
As the coaching progresses, goal setting comes into play. Our live sessions are driven around the goals and the steps to attain them.
